Raised in a federation when the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server that raised the alarm cannot communicate with the Configuration server.

Raised when the Diagnostic Server failed to send the details of an alarm to PagerDuty. From the computer where the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server is installed locally, use the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server App to verify PagerDuty settings for the Diagnostic Server.

Diagnostic Server - SNMP Service alarm

Raised when the Diagnostic Server failed to generate an SNMP trap or send a trap to the SNMP manager. From the computer where the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server is installed locally, use the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server App to verify SNMP settings and the specified Alarm Action configuration.

Diagnostic Server - Spotlight Cloud Data Transfer alarm

Raised when the transfer of data from the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server to Spotlight Cloud services (including the Spotlight Cloud web site and Spotlight Cloud Mobile) is not successful.

In Deadlock alarm

Raised when the Diagnostic Server has a deadlock. It will shut down and re-start.

In Thread Block alarm

Raised when the Diagnostic Server has too many blocked threads to continue. Consider restarting the Diagnostic Server.

Out Of Memory alarm

Raised as the Diagnostic Server approaches the limits of its allocated memory, and when the Diagnostic Server has used all its allocated memory and re-starts.
