Supply Amazon RDS for SQL Server connection details to Spotlight Cloud.
The following instructions are provided for environments where it is not feasible for Spotlight Cloud to connect to the Amazon RDS for SQL Server instance with an account with sufficient permissions to retrieve performance data. Typically an account with sufficient permissions will be a Master login created via the RDS instance creation.
When Spotlight Cloud fails to connect to the Amazon RDS for SQL Server, check the server address and account authentication details have been entered correctly.
