Grant SQL Server instance account permissions

In some environments, it may not be feasible for Spotlight Cloud to connect to the SQL Server instance with an account that is a member of the sysadmin server role. The following instructions are provided for these environments.

Troubleshoot SQL Server instance connection failure

When Spotlight Cloud fails to connect to the SQL Server instance, check the SQL Server address and account authentication details have been entered correctly. Check the availability of the SQL Server instance. If the SQL Server host is a Windows Server and is also monitored then check WMI operability.
