Troubleshoot Windows Server connection failure
When Spotlight Cloud fails to connect to the monitored Windows Server, check the Windows Server address and account authentication details have been entered correctly. Check WMI operability. Verify TCP port 135 is open on the Windows Server. Check the availability of the Windows Server.
