Check application status from the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server App
Open the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server App. You will find it on the desktop of the computer where Spotlight Cloud is installed. Double click the desktop icon.
Sign in with your Quest account.
From the app, check the operational status of the Diagnostic Server and connection to the Spotlight Cloud from the Configuration panel Application Status Summary. Green indicates the status is operational.
To resolve concerns, click Application Status.
From the Application Status page you can:
- Check the version of Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server
- Check the operational status of the Diagnostic Server
- Check the connection to Spotlight cloud
- Click Support Bundle and follow the instructions to create a support bundle.
