Sign up for Spotlight Cloud if you have not already done so
When you sign up for Spotlight Cloud at https://app.spotlightcloud.io you are given a subscription which can be used to set up Spotlight Cloud in your organization and upgrade to Spotlight Cloud Professional.
Sign in to Spotlight Cloud
Sign in to Spotlight Cloud at https://app.spotlightcloud.io.
Click the Get Professional button

When you first subscribe to Spotlight Cloud the Get Professional button is highly visible on the page header.
After the Spotlight Cloud Professional Trial subscription period has expired you will find a buy now button on the Account Settings | Billing & Subscriptions page. Get to this page from your profile icon (
top right screen corner) select Account Settings and select Billing & Subscriptions.
Confirm the details of your purchase
The confirm the details of your purchase screen opens when you click the Get Professional or Buy Now button. Check the details then click Continue.
Company contact details
Enter your company contact details. Required fields are marked by a red asterisk. Click Continue.
The company contact details form on your screen may look slightly different to this dependent on the country selected. From Australia for example you are required to enter an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN) and be registered for GST to purchase Spotlight Cloud Professional. Please enter the company contact details and any additional instructions as appear on your screen.
Payment details
Select to pay by credit card.
Your screen may show some variation to that captured here dependent on your country of purchase. Please use the screen captures presented here as a guide and follow the instructions as they appear on your screen.
Pay by credit card
Enter your credit card details. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Required fields are marked by a red asterisk. Click Purchase. Spotlight Cloud Professional will be activated on completion of purchase.
Your credit card information will be stored and used to automatically renew your subscription on the next renewal date. Learn more about how credit card details are stored
Confirmation of purchase
The Confirmation of purchase screen confirms your purchase.
